Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by WNH Photography. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our photography services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Services Provided

1.1 WNH Photography offers professional photography services, including but not limited to portrait photography, event photography, product photography, and commercial photography.

1.2 The specifics of each photography service, including the duration, location, and pricing, will be agreed upon between WNH Photography and the client.

1.3 WNH Photography reserves the right to refuse any photography service request at its discretion.

2. Bookings and Payments

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability. A booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of a $30 non-refundable deposit, as specified by WNH Photography, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.2 Full payment for the photography services must be made before or on the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3 In the event of cancellation by the client, any deposit paid will not be refunded.

2.4 In the event that the client shows up 15-30 minutes late without prior notice, client MUST pay a $10 LATE FEE to WNH Photography the day of the session. Time WILL NOT be extended for your original start time. Client may pay a extra fee of $65 for 30 minutes of extended time.

3. Copyright and Usage

3.1 WNH Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all photographs taken during the photography services.

3.2 WNH Photography grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 The client agrees not to edit, modify, or alter the photographs without the express written consent of WNH Photography.

3.4 WNH Photography reserves the right to use the photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online portfolios, social media, marketing materials, and exhibitions. However, WNH Photography will respect the client’s privacy and will not sell or license the photographs for commercial purposes without obtaining separate written consent from the client.

4. Client Cooperation and Responsibilities

4.1 The client agrees to provide accurate and detailed information to WNH Photography regarding the specific requirements of the photography services.

4.2 The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, permits, or clearances required for the photography services, such as permission to photograph in certain locations or consent from individuals who will be included in the photographs.

4.3 The client is responsible for the conduct and behavior of all individuals present during the photography services.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 WNH Photography will take reasonable care and skill in providing the photography services. However, WNH Photography shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from any act or omission during the provision of the services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5.2 WNH Photography shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or alteration of the photographs after delivery to the client.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

6.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of our Jurisdiction.

By using the services provided by WNH Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
